Professor Betz answers where a civil war is likely to break out. Australia is mentioned. This is critical information, particularly for men, because men will be the ones doing the fighting, not women. The recent riots in France, especially in Paris, showed the violence was carried out almost entirely by men and checked by men. Civil violence will show how weak and unreliable females are. Few will have missed the poor woke woman pleading with the mostly black male rioters to spare her store HERE.
