The first reports I saw of the Helen Haines attack showed serious-faced members of the intelligence community discussing in grave tones the background of the attacker. Even his name was mentioned, when in so many cases of crime and violence the name and cultural background are kept secret. For example, they can keep it quiet, but the mention of gangs and machetes is a signal that a certain cultural group is involved.

But the bare-faced mention of Brendan Nugent told me immediately where the reporting and investigation were going. Of course, the ABC, that great propagandist instrument for the woke traitor class, was right onto the case, salivating with the anticipation of interviews, reports and articles about the far right.

Alas, they were robbed. Brendan Nugent was one of their own. They had to scramble like hell to adjust to the knowledge that one of their own perpetrated one of the most brutal, violent attacks on anyone, let alone a politician.
