Monumental beat-up and female journalists OTT
No surprise to observe the media, led by the usual loudmouth feminists, go off their heads at the report that a group of immature lads ‘sexually assaulted’ a team of sex-workers hired to entertain them. The hysteria was embarrassing. All this shrieking, screaming and breast-beating went on while no charges had been made. No surprise that not only the lads were convicted of abusing the sex-workers but the whole population of males as well. At the head of the man-hating furore was the famously man-hating Governor-General. We’re all guilty, guilty of the original sin of being male, which is a permanent insult to the angelic female sex. Of course, we had to have the legal vultures fly in to do their nasty work. Bettina Arndt makes the right case against the embarrassing feminist tumult.

The Swans fiasco had it all. Here was feminism’s prized foe — brash young footballers hoovering up millions for kicking a ball — caught in the mother of all own goals. An early morning hotel frolic, paid strippers, industrial quantities of drugs, and a sexual assault allegation. Christmas had come early for the culture warriors.
And boy, did they line up to tar and feather the five young men caught up in it. Captain Callum Mills set the tone early, fronting the cameras looking suitably shattered to declare that the whole sorry affair had caused him to “put the mirror up” — not just at his five teammates, mind you, but at “all men within society.”
Every bloke in the country, apparently, now owed the nation an apology for something that happened in a hotel room he’d never set foot in. “We need to do better,” Mills intoned, apparently unaware that most men were fast asleep at 5am that Monday morning, not haggling over spanking surcharges in a Melbourne hotel room.

Synodality and the feminisation of the Catholic Church
I made the following comment on the video below: Fr Gerald is right. It is horrific what’s happening to the Church, both as regards Pachamama and the pretend nun Natalie Becquart. Pachamama is clearly paganism, and Becquart is preaching a sort of direct or participatory democracy that the 1960s radicals tried to impose on Western countries. I know. I was there.
Becquart is a political operative hiding behind a pretend religious order. She preaches a political philosophy directly opposed to that of the Church of the centuries. Becquart is a representative figure in Helen Andrews’ Great Feminisation. She and her feminist gang have made significant inroads into the Church’s structure. How can the Vatican be so stupidly naive? I despair of them. The only way forward I can see is to do what the left do so well: organise within parishes, kick out the direct democratists, get a sound, faithful priest, and introduce classical catechetical instruction. The pews will start to fill again.

Has the Netherlands learnt its lesson? Or is it too late?
The video below is about the insidious influence radical Islam and its political organisation have in the Netherlands. However, I want to preface its content with a related comment on the country’s much lauded tolerance which has become the gateway into the nation for radical movements.
The Netherlands’ famous tolerance came back to bite them hard on the bum when they welcomed migrants from some of the sh*tholes of the earth into their country. For quite a while, it seemed they couldn’t work out why the rape and crime rates skyrocketed. Or they didn’t want to see it.
The grisly stabbing murder of seventeen-year-old Lisa by an ‘asylum seeker’, already a suspect in another sexual assault case, in August 2025 rocked the country its core. True to Dutch tolerance, most reports on the internet were wary of naming the murderer and where he came from, but it seems certain he came from one of those sh*tholes in northern Africa. The lesson was there, but it was hard to take.
