Excellent video. It makes all the right points about Welcome to Country, land rights, invasion, and all the nonsensical claims about Australia’s history by reinvented White-Aboriginals. What do people expect when a person states, as an introduction to Anzac Day, that most of the people listening are not legitimate on the land they’re standing on?
Will we get a lot of uncles and aunties, made-up welcomes to country, religious animist smoking ceremonies, white flabby painted men dancing around waving spears and clicking sticks, nonsensical Australian history . . .?
We’ll see.
I wasn’t a great fan of Craig McLachlan, the show-business personality. I knew him mostly for his television ‘look-at-me’ appearances and his part in that disgusting musical, ‘The Rocky Horror Show’ – that corrupt bit of musical slime, aimed at corrupting the youth.
That was until I saw McLachlan in ‘The Doctor Blake Mysteries’. His performance – getting into the character of Doctor Blake – made him for me unrecognisable as Craig McLachlan. Is this really Craig McLachlan? I asked myself. It ranks among the best acting performances I have seen on Australian television.
So, it was tremendously disappointing when the series was forced to shut down due to yet another disputed accusation against a man for sexual misconduct. The background to the shutdown, and the reason one of the best acting performances ended, is explained by Bettina Arndt in the article below.

Over this month the Melbourne Comedy Festival will feature three women performing sketches celebrating “small moments in life that make us laugh.” These supposedly funny skits include a send up of a 2020 court case where one of Australia’s best-known entertainers, Craig McLachlan, was found not guilty of 13 charges of indecent assault and assault.
It’s hardly comedy gold. Particularly when one of the “funny” women was the star accuser — whose claims were shredded in court.
You would have thought this woman would be hanging her head in shame. But no. She’s out there claiming the court got it wrong.
That’s despite the fact that the magistrate awarded costs against the police. With the exception of cases which are withdrawn, costs are very rarely awarded against the police in criminal prosecutions. For a court to do so, it must have considered that it was an unmeritorious prosecution; in other words, charges should never have been laid in the first place. Victorian police ultimately paid out half a million dollars which is the highest payout ever against the police in Victoria!
This is confirmation that the allegations made by this witness and her fellow complainants didn’t stand up. All 13 charges were dismissed, and the police were forced to write Craig a fat $500,000 apology cheque.

Horrifying footage has captured the moment a group of masked, machete-wielding youths leap from a moving car on an inner-city Melbourne street and attack two men in broad daylight.
In the footage, obtained by 9News, about six youths can be seen jumping out of a stolen white Haval and chasing down two men on Bay St and Lalor St in Port Melbourne.
Some can be seen armed with metal poles and at least one can be seen carrying a machete.
One of the victims was caught as he tried to run for his life.

My aversion to Islam has nothing to do with it being wrong. All religions with a deity or deities outside of Christianity (and Judaism to the extent its scripture is the foundation of Christianity) are to me without exception wrong, and those without a deity irrelevant. For the most part, as a follower of what I believe to be the only true and complete religion, I simply ignore the rest.
So, if my aversion to Islam is not based on it being wrong, or even that it has plagiarised, corrupted, and ridiculously distorted part of Christian and Jewish sources in order to build its hateful and phony scripture, on what is it based? It is based purely on its scriptural prescriptions which are directed to doing me, and my kind, harm; and on the deadly implementation of those prescriptions by its acolytes.
Over 49,000 deadly Islamic terrorist attacks since 9/11 speak to this harm, as does the barbaric treatment of Christianity and Christians in the Islamic world, as does the arrogance displayed in the Western world once Muslim populations reach numbers enough to influence elections. And its gatherings into “communities” around mosques means those numbers are not that high in the scheme of things.
A little over 3% of the population in Australia is enough to fuel endless pro-Palestinian marches, to unashamedly make life uncomfortable for the Prime Minister when visiting an Islamicised part of Sydney, and to even putting Australia at one with the anti-Israel baying mob at the UN. Imagine the future, not if, but when the percentage becomes six. You don’t have to, just look at the UK and 3,000 (all male!) bums in the air in Trafalgar Square.
Why back on February 7, 2008, the then Archbishop of Canterbury, the sopping-wet Rowan Williams, envisaged the parallel application of sharia law in the UK ( see Civil and Religious Law in England: a Religious Perspective). He was prescient. According to the Daily Mail [paywalled] up to 85 sharia courts operate in the UK. And counting, I would say.

Socialist activist and Palestine Action Group organiser Josh Lees is seeking a career change after launching a new political party in New South Wales.
A notice in The Daily Telegraph declared an application for the registration of a political party for the state and local governments had been received by the NSW Electoral Commissioner.
The proposed party name is New South Wales Soc, abbreviated to NSW Soc.
